桃红四物汤加减治疗眩晕症的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的：了解并介绍桃红四物合天麻、钩藤汤加减治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕症的临床经验。方法：选择青岛海慈医院和山东千佛山医院门诊就诊的眩晕患者,采用桃红四物合天麻、钩藤汤加减治疗,中药水煎服,1剂/d;6 d为一疗程,根据患者实际病情,治疗3~5个疗程,观察其临床经验。结果：经过治疗,52例眩晕患者患者中,治愈15例,显效34例,无效3例,总有效率为94.23%。结论：桃红四物合天麻、钩藤汤加减对眩晕症具有理想的治疗效果。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of vertebral basilar artery blood supply deficiency vertigo with gastrodia elata,uncaria tonga subtraction on the base of Taohong Siwu.Method：The patients who had vertigo symptom were chosen in Qingdao Haici hospital and Shandong Qian Fo Shan hospital.In the study we had choose an effective method about Taohong Siwu added Gastrodia Elata,Uncaria Tonga subtraction to deal with vertigo.The anded dosage was form traditional chinese single herbal decoction,once a day,the course of treatment about 6 days.From the actual situation,treated 3-5 courses and observed the effect.Result：In 52 vertiginous patients,15 cases cured,34 cases were markedly effective,ineffective in 3 patients.The total effective rate was 94.23%.Conclusion：Using Taohong Siwu added Gastrodia Elata,Uncaria Tonga subtraction to treat vertigo have a perfect effective.
