肛裂切除+闭式括约肌松解术治疗肛裂效果观察

摘　　要：目的为比较肛裂切除＋闭式括约肌松解术和肛裂切除＋开放括约肌松解术的临床疗效。方法将130例Ⅱ~Ⅲ期肛裂患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各65例。治疗组采用肛裂切除＋闭式括约肌松解术,对照组采用肛裂切除＋开放括约肌松解术。结果治疗组术后疼痛、愈合时间和并发症均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论肛裂切除＋闭式括约肌松解术治疗Ⅱ~Ⅲ期肛裂术后疼痛轻,恢复快,并发症少。Objective To compare the anal fissure excision plus closed muscle release and anal fissure excision ＋ open muscle release for the clinical curative effect. Methods 130 cases of patients with stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ anal fissure were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with anal fissure excision plus closed sphincter loose solution, control group adopts the anal fissure excision ＋ open sphincter loose solution. Results According to the treatment group in postoperative pain, healing time and complications were lower than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of anal fissure excision plus closed sphincter loose solution Ⅱ-Ⅲ period anal fissure postoperative pain is light, rapid recovery, fewer complications.
