摘  要:针对聚合物驱采油污水黏度大、含油乳化程度高、油水分离困难且可生化性差的特点,采用电解联合光电催化组合工艺对其进行了深度处理并考察了其影响因素。结果表明,停留时间、废水p H、电流密度对电解及光电催化单元有一定的影响,温度无明显影响;温度10~40℃时,在电解单元废水初始p H=5、电流密度30 m A/cm2、停留时间12 min,光电催化单元电流密度8 m A/cm^2、停留时间40 min的优化条件下,进水COD为350~450 mg/L、石油类的质量浓度25~30 mg/L时,出水COD、油类的质量浓度含量分别为40~55mg/L、0.8~1.4 mg/L,满足DB 37/676-2007的要求。With the characteristics of high viscosity, high degree of emulsification, difficult oil-water separation and poor biodegradability, the polymer flooding wastewater was treated by electrocatalysis-photoelectrocatalysis combined technique. The results show that the retention time, p H and current density have obvious influence, while temperature has little effect on the treatment efficacy. COD and mass concentration of oil in the effluent are 40~55 mg/L, 0.8~1.4 mg/L, respectively, when the wastewater with initial COD of 350~450 mg/L, mass concentration of oil of 25~30 mg/L is treated under the conditions of pH of 5, current density of 30 m A/cm^2, retention time of 12 min in electrocatalysis unit, while current density of 8 m A/cm^2, retention time of 40 min in photoelectron catalysis unit, which met the requirements of DB 37/676-2007.
