摘 要:为有效解决酚氨热交换器堵塞、提高生化效率等问题,研发出1种适用于煤化工高浓污水的优良破乳剂,探讨了除油破乳剂的优化配比和除油运行优化参数。结果表明,聚合物H01、复合酸、有机助剂的复配质量为15:5:1。除油运行优化参数为:破乳剂投加量200 mg/L、温度40℃、时间40 min,在此条件下,COD、UV254、UV410、油类和SS的去除率分别为28.2%、50.18%、87.62%、87%和93.11%。本工艺可以高效去除水中油类和固体悬浮颗粒,有利于中水回用率的提高。An excellent demulsifier suitable for high-concentration wastewater in the coal chemical industry was researched and developed to effectively solve problems such as the clogging of phenol ammonia heat exchanger, improving biochemical efficiency, etc. It was discussed here that optimization ratio of degreasing demulsifier and degreasing operation optimization parameters. The results indicated that the compound quality of polymer H01,compound acid and organic additive was 15:5:1. Degreasing operation optimization parameters were as following: demulsifier dosage being 200 mg/L,temperature being 40 ℃, time being 40 min. Under these conditions, removal rates of COD, UV254, UV410, oils and SS were 28.2%, 50.18%, 87.62%,87% and 93.11%, respectively. In this process, oils and solid suspended particles in water could be efficiently removed, which would help improve the reuse rate of reclaimed water.
