摘 要:以聚乙烯亚胺基黄原酸钠产品NALMET作为高分子型重金属去除剂,现场应用于某印刷线路板厂综合污水中Cu^(2+)的去除,研究了NALMET投加量对Cu残留量的影响,比较了新旧处理工艺流程的不同,包括污泥量的变化,以及污泥中铜含量的变化。结果显示,用Ca(OH)2调节污水p H至9~10,当NALMET投加量至10 mg/L后,外排水残留Cu^(2+)的质量浓度基本小于0.3 mg/L。相比于旧工艺(Ca(OH)^(2+)FeCl_3),新工艺能有效减少化学品的使用,污泥产生量减少约60%,且污泥中Cu的质量分数由原来的10.2%升至28.5%,污泥回收利用的价值更高,污水厂总运行费用得到降低。A commercial polymeric heavy metal removal reagent with structure of polyethylenimine based sodium xanthonate, NALMET product, was utilized to remove Cu ion from the Printed Circuit Board(PCB) plant wastewater. The effect of NALMET dosage on residual Cu^(2+)concent was studied.Result shows after p H adjusted to 9~9.5, residual mass concentration of Cu^(2+)in the effluent can be reduced to less than 0.3 mg/L with 10 mg/L NALMET addition. Furthermore, the difference between the new treatment program and the previous program(Ca(OH)2precipitation combined with FeCl_3coagulation)was studied, involving the change of sludge volume and Cu concent in the sludge. The NALMET new program can largely reduce chemical consumption,which will induce about 60% sludge volume reduction. At meanwhile, mass fraction of Cu can be increased from 10.2% to 28.5%, resulting higher Cu sludge recycling value and lower wastewater total operation cost.
