摘 要:废弃瓷砖经再生加工后,制成一种具有比表面积大、机械强度和显气孔率高的再生滤料。实验研究该滤料在曝气生物滤池(BAF)中处理校园生活污水的挂膜规律以及处理效果。结果表明,启动挂膜20 d后,当生活污水进水COD为120~310 mg/L,BOD5为50~150 mg/L,NH3-N、TN的质量浓度分别为18~60、35~70 mg/L时,出水COD、BOD5和NH3-N、TN的质量浓度分别约为40 mg/L、20 mg/L和8、25 mg/L,去除率分别在75%、80%、80%、48%左右,表示此时曝气生物滤池挂膜成功。A degeneration filter of a large surface area, high mechanical strength and high porosity was prepared after recycling processing of waste ceramic tile. Regularity of biofilm start-up and treatment effect of the prepared filter on the treatment of campus domestic sewage were studied in the biological aerated filter(BAF).The results showed that after 20 d of biofilm start-up, when sewage influent COD was 120~310 mg/L and BOD5 was 50~150 mg/L,mass concentrations of NH_3-N and TN were 18~60 mg/L and 35~70 mg/L, respectively, the effluent COD and BOD5 were 40 mg/L and 20 mg/L,respectively, and mass concentration of NH_3-N and TN were approximately 8 mg/L and 25 mg/L. The removal rates of COD, BOD5, NH3-N and TN were nearly 75%, 80%, 80% and 48%, demonstrating the success of the biofilm formation.
