摘 要:针对汽车生产废水成分复杂、种类繁多,含有大量的有害物质,以及废水可生化性差等特点,根据某汽车生产基地实际各类废水水质情况,采用"混凝沉淀+混凝气浮"预处理与"水解酸化+生物接触氧化"2级处理相结合工艺处理废水,同时对磷化废水单独进行混凝沉淀处理。最终混合污水出水COD为64.64 mg/L,石油类、PO43-的质量浓度分别为0.64、0.38 mg/L,p H为6~9。磷化废水出水Ni2+的去除率约为97%。出水污染物含量满足GB 8978-1996等规范要求。A "coagulation-sedimentation + coagulation-flotation"(preliminary treatment) and "acid hydrolysis + biological contact oxidation"(secondary treatment) assembled method was applied to treat the wastewater of certain vehicle production base in view of its complex and variety of large quantity of contaminants, and the simultaneous single treatment of phosphorous wastewater was utilized in present study as well. The results showed that the COD of final effluent was 64.64 mg/L, the final mass concentration of petroleum-related compounds and PO_4^(3-)was 0.64 mg/L, respectively, the p H ranged from6~9 and the Ni^(2+)removal efficiency of phosphorous wastewater was about 97%, all of which met well with the standard of GB 8978-1996.
