摘 要:针对绍兴某印染企业印染废水有机物含量高、成分复杂、较难处理等特点,确定以膜生物反应器(MBR)+反渗透膜(RO)双膜法工艺实现废水处理及回用。工程1年稳定运行结果表明,产水p H为6.5~8.5,COD〈50 mg/L,色度〈15倍,电导率〈0.5 m S/cm,达到了FZ/T 01107-2011回用水质指标,中水回用率达60%,具有一定的经济效益和环境效益。According to characteristics of dyeing and finishing wastewater with high organic substances content, complex composition, hard to treat from a certain dyeing enterprise in Shaoxing, a wastewater treatment system was designed which was based on MBR and RO double membrane process. The project has been stable operation for a year and the p H of effluent water is in range from 6.5 to 8.5, COD less than 50 mg/L, chromaticity less than 15,conductivity less than 0.5 m S/cm, reaching the requirement of FZ/T 01107-2011 reuse water index. The water reused rate was up to 60% which shows some economic and environmental benefits.
