摘  要:介绍了云天化股份有限公司云峰分公司尾吸系统运行中出现的问题及进行的一系列改造。尾气吸收系统主要设备改用玻璃钢材质,增加了使用寿命,扩大尾气吸收塔塔径,增加上层塔板与除沫金属丝网间距,增设尾气烟囱冲洗装置,控制吸收液碱度和密度,增设母液流量计及pH计。技改之后,尾气中ρ(SO_2)由590 mg/m^3下降到75 mg/m^3。Problems occurring during the operation of tail gas absorption system and a series of upgrade in Yunfeng Branch, Yun- nan Yuntianhua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. are introduced. Main equipment of tail gas absorption system were changed into glass fiber reinforced plastics which increased the service life. In addition, those were taken that other measures of enlarging tail gas absorption tower diameter, and space between the upper tower plate and wire mesh of precipitator, increasing tail gas chimney washing device, controlling the alkalinity and density of absorbent, increasing solution flow and pH value meter. After upgrade, SOs concentration in tail gas reduced from 590 mg/m3 to 75 mg/m3.
