摘 要:目的调查我省一般人群尿液中多环芳烃单羟基代谢产物2-羟基萘、1-羟基萘、3-羟基菲和1-羟基芘的水平,为进一步的研究工作提供基线资料。方法 2009—2010年在辽宁省东部、中部和西部的3个城市,采用随机抽样的方法选取764名6~60岁人群,对其生活环境和健康状况进行问卷调查并收集尿液样品;采用液相色谱质谱联用仪检测764份尿液中2-羟基萘、1-羟基萘、3-羟基菲和1-羟基芘的水平,统计分析不同性别和年龄人群尿中代谢产物的分布情况。结果我省一般人群尿中1-羟基萘、2-羟基萘、3-羟基菲和1-羟基芘的几何均数(95%CI)分别为1.86(1.72~2.04)、1.85(1.58~2.16)、0.66(0.60~0.71)、0.77(0.69~0.86)μg/L,中位数分别为0.95、2.98、0.73和0.83μg/L。2-羟基萘、3-羟基菲和1-羟基芘含量在男性和女性间差异有统计学意义;1-羟基萘、2-羟基萘和1-羟基芘在不同年龄组间含量差异均有统计学意义;4种代谢物含量在我省东、中、西部间存在差异;吸烟与否在1-羟基萘、2-羟基萘、3-羟基菲含量中差异有统计学意义。结论辽宁省一般人群尿中多环芳烃单羟基代谢物的水平存在性别、年龄、地区差异,本研究为进一步开展多环芳烃代谢产物生物监测提供了基础。Objective To survey the levels of hydroxyl metabolites from polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in urine of general population in Liaoning Province,thereby provide some basic data for further study. Methods 764 persons aged 6—60years were recruited from 3 cities located at eastern,central and western areas of Liaoning Province by random sampling from2009 to 2010. The information concerned living environment and health condition were investigated by questionnaire,meanwhile,the spot urine samples were collected for hydroxyl metabolites analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry,and the distribution characteristic in urine among groups of different genders or ages were analysed as well. Results It was showed that the geometric means( GMs) of 1-naphthol, 2-naphthol, 3-phenanthrol and1-hydroxypyrene in urine of general population( 95% CI) were 1. 86( 1. 72—2. 04) 、1. 85( 1. 58—2. 16) 、0. 66( 0. 66—0. 71) and 0. 77( 0. 69—0. 86) μg / L, respectively, and the medians were 0. 95、 2. 98、 0. 73 and 0. 83 μg / L,respectively. The concentration of 2-naphthol,3-phenanthrol and 1-hydroxypyrene in male and female of the population were significantly different( P〈0. 05),the urine levels of 1-naphthol,2-naphthol and 1-hydroxypyrene among different ages were also significantly different( P〈0. 05),the urine levels of these four metabolites among eastern,central and western regions of Liaoning Province were significantly different( P〈0. 05),and the concentration of 1-naphthol,2-naphthol,3-phenanthrol in smoker and non-smoker were significantly different,too( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The results suggested that there were some gender,age and living region differences existed in urine monohydroxyl metabolites levels of general population in Liaoning Province,therefore provide a basic data for future biomonitoring of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in this area.
