摘 要:目的调查辽宁省一般人群血中镓、铟、铊水平,分析其人群分布特点。方法将辽宁省划分为东、中、西部地区,采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,于2009—2010年从辽宁省东、中、西部地区抽取2105名对象进行问卷调查,并采集血液样品。用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对血样进行镓、铟、铊含量的检测,通过统计分析研究一般人群血液中镓、铟、铊的分布水平。结果辽宁省一般人群血中镓、铟、铊几何均数均小于检出限。结论辽宁省一般人群血中镓、铟、铊几何均数均小于检出限,与全国水平一致。Objective To survey the gallium,indium and thallium levels in blood of general population in Liaoning Province,and analyze their prevalent distribution features. Methods 2105 healthy persons were recruited from 3 cities located at eastern, central and western regions in Liaoning Province, respectively from 2009 to 2010. The general information was collected by questionnaire,blood samples were collected at the same time. The gallium indium and thallium levels of blood samples were detected by inductive coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS),and their distribution in blood were analyzed by statistics method. Results It was showed that the geometric mean( GM) of gallium,indium and thallium concentration in blood of the general population in Liaoning Province were all lower than the detection limit. Conclusion The results suggested that there were no difference between our results and national level in gallium,indium and thallium concentration.
