摘　　要：分析了色花、色点的产生原因、修色机理和修色剂选用原则，并提出了综合高效的解决方案。修色剂TF-2161具备良好的移染能力，能够通过对染料的增溶和对纤维的溶胀作用使染料迁移重排，达到匀染的目的；同时具备良好的乳化和去油性能，对油污返沾引起的色点、色花有独特的修色作用，既降低了成本，又缩短了工艺流程，提高了染整效率。此外，产品对织物的补色、色牢度以及后道防水整理影响均较小，气味极低。产品使用常规修色工艺即可，一般推荐工艺为：修色剂1．0—3．0g／L，pH值4．5—5．0，130～135℃保温40-60min。In this paper, the generation of color spots and color mottle, the color repairing mechanism and the selection principle of color repairing agents are analyzed, and the comprehensive and efficient method to solve the above problems are put forward. The result shows that the repairing agent TF-2161 has good migration property, and it can make the dye migration and rearrangement by solubilization of dyes and swelling of the fiber, so as to achieve the levelness. With good emulsification and de-oiling per- formance, TF-2161 also shows good repairing effect to the color spots and mottle caused by staining of oil dirt, and can reduce the cost, shorten the process and improve the efficiency of dyeing and finishing. In addition, it has little odor and low influence on the fabric color, the color fastness and the subsequent waterproofing finish, which can fully guarantee the quality of repaired fabric. TF-2161 is applicable to con- ventional color repairing process. The recommended repairing process is as follows： the concentration of TF-216I is 1.0-3.0 g/L, pH value 4.5N5.0, heating at 130-135℃ for 40-60 min.
