摘　　要：采用圆网印花机满地罩印,即分散活性同浆双色印花工艺,使涤粘交织大提花织物中涤纶和粘胶分别着色。通过筛选活性染料、分散染料、印花糊料和吸湿剂,优化生产工艺。此工艺流程短,质量稳定,能达到分散染料套染活性染料的效果,适用于中深色配色。The polyester and viscose components in the jacquard mixture fabric are printed with disperse/ reactive dyes in one paste by full coverage printing on rotary screen printing machine. The optimal pro- cess is determined by the screening of reactive dyes, disperse dyes, printing pastes and hygroscopic agents. The short and stable process can reach the same effect as that of top-dyed process with dis- perse dyes and reactive dyes, and is suitable for the dark color production.
