摘 要:目的:探讨淫羊藿总黄酮对去势大鼠腰椎椎体生物力学的影响。方法:将10月龄SPF级雌性SD大鼠60只随机分为6组,每组10只,除正常对照组外,均行双侧卵巢切除术,术后1周给予淫羊藿总黄酮高、中、低剂量和β-雌二醇进行干预,采用万能材料试验机进行三点弯曲试验,检测腰椎椎体生物力学指标的变化情况。结果:模型对照组较其余各组生物力学指标显著下降(P<0.01)。结论:大鼠去势后腰椎椎体的脆性增加,淫羊藿总黄酮可增强去势大鼠椎体的弹性,降低其脆性。Objective: To explore the influence of total flavonoids from YinYangHuo(Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.) on lumbar vertebral body biomechanics of castrated rats. Methods: Sixty rats were randomly divided into six groups, ten rats each group. Except normal control group, the rats were performed oophorectomy bilaterally, and they were intervened by high, moderate and low doses of total flavonoids from YinYangHuo and β-estrogen in one week after the operation, three point bending test was performed by adopting universal testing machine to detect biomechanical indexes of lumbar vertebral body. Results: Biomechanical indexes of model control group decreased compared with other groups significantly(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Castration could cause the fragility of lumbar vertebral body of the rat increase, while total flavonoids from YinYangHuo could increase the elasticity of vertebral body of the rats and decrease its fragility.
