我国经济发展的时空演变分析

摘　　要：以全国31个省级行政单位(除港、澳、台)为研究样本,运用综合指数法分析2003—2013年经济发展水平的时空演变,并运用数据包络分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)分析经济发展效率的时空演变,再综合经济发展水平和经济发展效率两大方面的测度,全面分析我国经济发展的时空格局变化。研究发现:1我国区域经济发展水平差距较大,东部地区除河北与海南外,整体经济发展水平较高,东北地区、中部地区和西部地区经济发展水平较低,中部地区有赶超东北地区的趋势;2经济发展平均综合效率一般,区域经济发展综合效率差距呈现出先减小后又扩大的趋势,经济发展的纯技术效率逐渐增强,经济发展的规模效率逐渐减弱,表明我国经济发展已经由规模效率向技术效率转变;3我国经济发展类型以"低—无效型"为主,整体来看,东部地区经济发展总体水平较高,经济发展效率也相对较高,广大的东北地区、中部地区与西部地区经济发展水平和发展效率相对较低;天津、江苏、辽宁、重庆、内蒙古、湖北、湖南、安徽、四川、江西、贵州经济发展水平和经济发展效率上升态势明显,而河北、山西、黑龙江则出现不同程度的下滑。Space- time evolution of economic development is an important content of regional economics.Taking 31 provincial administrative units（except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan） as the study area, firstly using the method of comprehensive index analysis of the space-time evolution of economic development level, then analysis of the space-time evolution of economic development efficiency by the Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA）. Evenly combining with the level of economic development and economic development efficiency, analysis of temporal and spatial patterns of changes in China＇s economic development. Main results were as follows：（1） Regional economic development level disparity is bigger, the Eastern region in addition to the Hebei and Hainan, the overall economic development level is higher, the Northeast region, Central region and West region economic development level is low, the Central region has a tendency to catch up with the Northeast.（2） Regional economic development comprehensive efficiency differences showed reduced then the widening, the economic development of pure technical efficiency is remarkably enhanced, and the scale efficiency is reduced significantly, which indicates that the development has gradually changed from scale efficiency to technical efficiency.（3） The main type of China＇s economic development is ＂low- invalid type＂, except Hebei and Hainan, the economic development level of the Eastern region is relatively higher, and the majority of the Northeast, Central and Western regions＇ economic development level and development efficiency is relatively low;Tianjin, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Chongqing, Inner Mongolia, Hubei, Hunan, Anhui, Sichuan, Jiangxi, Guizhou＇s economic development has significantly increased, and Hebei, Shanxi, Heilongjiang appeared different degrees of decline.
