丝绸之路经济带下新疆通道轴辐式物流网络构建

摘　　要：以丝绸之路经济带下新疆南、北、中三大物流通道所经过城市和边境口岸的截面数据为研究对象,从物流市场供需、城市经济发展、基础设施建设状况三个方面选取14个指标构建节点城市物流水平综合评价指标体系,利用主成分分析法确定新疆三大通道中的轴心城市和辐点城市,选用引力模型度量了轴心城市对辐点城市以及边境贸易口岸的物流引力,并对构建节点城市与边境贸易口岸相结合的区域物流网络进行了针对性的分析。论文提出构建南通道库尔勒物流圈,中通道乌鲁木齐—昌—石物流圈、奎屯—克拉玛依物流圈以及伊宁—霍尔果斯口岸物流圈为核心的丝路经济带新疆三大通道轴辐式区域物流网络,成功地拉拢了新疆霍尔果斯、阿拉山口、红其拉甫、卡拉苏、吉木乃等十余个国际贸易边境口岸,为丝绸之路经济带下新疆三大通道物流业快速发展提供一定的借鉴。The cross-sectional data as the object of study which from the Silk Road in Xinjiang Economic Zone in the middle, south, north, three logistics channel the elapsed cities and border crossings, from the logistics market supply and demand, urban economic development, infrastructure construction situation three aspects, we selected 14 indicators to build the level of logistics node city comprehensive evaluation index system, by using principal component analysis to determine the three Xinjiang channel axis of the city and spoke of the city, and selection of gravity model measures the axis of radiation of the city and the city border trade port logistics gravity, also specific analysis of the building node and border trade port city of combining regional logistics network. Paper proposed to build south channel Korla logistics circle, the channel Urumqi- Chang- Stone logistics circle, Kuitun- Karamay logistics circle and Yining- Horgos Port Logistics circle as the core of the Silk Road in Xinjiang economic zone of the three channel axes spoke style regional logistics network, and successful win over Xinjiang Horgos, Alashankou, Khunjerab, Karasu, Jimunai more than ten international trade border crossings, providing a reference for the rapid development of the Silk Road in Xinjiang Economic Zone of the logistics industry.
