广西壮族农村老年人心理健康状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的评估广西壮族农村老年人心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行横断面入户调查。结果不同性别、受教育程度、婚姻状况、慢性病情况、住院情况、收入水平、住房类型的壮族农村老年人心理健康状况存在差异(P<0.05)。Logistic回归结果显示,年龄、性别、婚姻状况、慢性病有无、住院与否以及住房类型等变量与壮族农村老年人心理症状阳性相关。结论影响壮族农村老年人心理健康的主要因素有:年龄、性别、婚姻状况、慢性病情况、住院情况、住房类型等。Objective To evaluate the status and influencing factors of mental health of the elderly in Zhuang Minority Rural Regions in Guangxi. Methods A cross- sectional survey using SCL- 90 was conducted. Results The status of mental health of the elderly in Zhuang Minority Rural Regions showed significant differences in sex,educational background,marital status,chronic disease status,hospitalization,income level and housing types（ P〈 0. 05）. Through Logistic regression analysis,it was found that six factors like age,sex,marital status,chronic disease status,hospitalization and housing types were correlated with positive psychological symptoms of the elderly in Zhuang Minority Rural Regions in Guangxi. Conclusion Age,sex,marital status,chronic disease,hospitalization and housing types are influencing factors of the mental symptom of the elderly in Zhuang Minority Rural Regions in Guangxi.
