摘　　要：目的 探讨陶瓷粉尘对接尘工人肺功能的影响。方法 分别检索1990—2012年在《维普中文科技期刊数据库》、《中国知网》、《万方数字化期刊数据库》、《PubMed》等刊物公开发表的原始文献,按剔除与纳入标准整理后进行meta分析,探讨陶瓷粉尘对肺功能影响程度,并作敏感性分析。结果 8篇原始文献被纳入作meta分析,累计暴露组5 220例,对照组2 951例,暴露组发生肺功能受损的风险是对照组的4.06（95%CI：3.26~4.86）倍。结论 接触陶瓷粉尘的工人其肺功能受损风险更大,尤其是通气功能和小气道功能。Objective To explore the impact of exposure to ceramic dust on workers＇ lung function. Methods Original documents published in the ＂VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database＂, ＂China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database＂, ＂WANFANG MED ONLINE＂ in 1990--2012 was retrieved, and sorted by excluding the inclusion criteria, meta--analysis was applied for exploring the impact of exposure to ceramic dust on worker＇ s lung function, and sensitivity analysis. Results 8 case--control studies were included with total of 2 951 controls and 5 220cases. The risk of occurrence of impaired lung function for workers exposed to ceramic dust more was 4.06 （95 % CI：3.26 -- 4.86） times as much as the controls. Conclusions Workers＇ lung functions were affected significantly by exposure to ceramic dust, especially for ventilatory function and small airway function.
