摘  要:针对矿井提升机卷筒辐板人孔周边处易产生应力集中的现象,以HyperWorks为平台,分析其人孔形状、数目对卷筒整体应力及人孔周边应力的影响,并优化结构参数。分析结果表明,人孔形状及数目对卷筒整体应力、应变影响不大,对人孔周边应力影响较明显,优化后人孔周边最大应力为129.6 MPa,比原来减少40%。为解决因人孔周边应力集中而导致卷筒开裂的问题提供了可行方法。Aiming at the problem that stress concentration appears in the surrounding of the manhole of hoist drum,based on HyperWorks platform,this paper analyzes the impact of the manhole's shape and number on the overall stress of the drum and the stress in the surrounding of the manhole,and then optimizes the structure parameters. The analysis results show that the shape and number of manhole don't have obvious influence on the overall stress and strain of the drum,while influence on the stress surrounding the manhole is apparent. After the optimization,the maximum stress surrounding the manhole is 129. 6 MPa,40% less than the original. The study provides a feasible method to solve the problem of drum cracking caused by stress concentration surrounding the manhole.
