摘 要:为解决镁合金复杂薄壁铸件砂芯清理困难的问题,设计开发了一套可用于砂芯高效清理的设备。该清理设备综合了化学溶解、振动破碎和超声波清理的作用,可快速地清理砂芯。采用该砂芯清理设备,试验研究了溶解振动清理、溶解超声波清理、溶解振动和超声波复合清理3种工艺的砂芯清理效果及其影响因素。结果表明,采用溶解振动和超声波复合清理工艺清理砂芯效果较好。较优的清理方案为:NaOH溶液浓度为5%,偏心块夹角为2/18π,超声波功率为600 W。采用优化的清理方案进行镁合金铸件清理,能够完全清理出砂芯。To overcome the poor leachability of the sand cores of complicated thin-walled magnesium alloy castings,a novel equipment with efficient cleaning was designed.The cleaning equipment is integrated with chemical dissolution,vibration crushing and ultrasonic cleaning,which can be used for three different kinds of cleaning methods:dissolve vibration cleaning,ultrasonic cleaning,dissolved vibration and ultrasonic compound cleaning.Effect of the three cleaning methods on cleaning efficiency of the sand cores were analyzed comparatively.The results show that the cleaning efficiency of dissolved vibration and ultrasonic compound cleaning process exhibits desirable,and the sand core of casting magnesium alloy can be cleaned completely by using the optimized process:5% NaOH concentration,2/18πeccentric block angle,600 W ultrasonic power.
