摘 要:运用倾转浇注法制备了半固态浆料,采用AnyCasting模拟软件确定了临界倾转速度,研究了浇注温度、料筒材料和料筒壁厚对合金液与料筒间的热平衡的影响,最后通过半固态浆料制备试验进行了验证。结果表明,当倾转速度≥18(°)/s时,合金熔体流动速度>0.5m/s并存在涌动波;当倾转速度≤6(°)/s时,合金熔体流动速度<0.5m/s,未产生涌动波。料筒材料、料筒壁厚和浇注温度严重影响着倾转混合过程中合金液的冷却曲线。料筒壁厚的影响最大,浇注温度的影响次之,料筒材料的影响最小。A tilt pouring method to preparing semi-solid slurry has been developed.Critical tilting angle speed was determined by AnyCasting software,and effects of pouring temperature,mould materials and mould wall thickness on the thermal balance between molten alloy and mould were investigated.Finally,experiments were carried out to compare with simulated results.The results reveal that with increasing the tilting speed more than 18(°)/s,the flowing speeds of molten alloy are higher than 0.5m/s with occurrence of unzipping wave.However,with decreasing in the tilting speed lower than 6°/s,the flowing speeds of molten alloy are lower than 0.5m/s with disappearance of unzipping wave.It is found that the thermal balance between molten alloy and mould are closely related with pouring temperature,mould materials and mould wall thickness.The influencing degree sequence is presented as follows:mould wall thickness〉 pouring temperature〉 mould materials.
