摘　　要：运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对全国41所"排球高水平后备人才基地"教练员队伍结构的现状进行调查研究,旨在发现问题并为进一步完善"基地"教练员队伍建设提供参考。结果表明:我国"排球高水平后备人才基地"教练员队伍年龄结构逐步向年轻化偏移,职称、学历结构进一步优化,教练员性别、人员配备及科研培训方面有待完善。By using the method of literature material,investigation,mathematical statistics,logic anlaysis,41 coach team of ＂volleyball high level reserve talant base＂structure to conduct research,indentify problems and to further improve ＂ base＂construction provide references. The resulting shows： our nation＇ s coach team of ＂volleyball high level reserve talant base＂are gradually shifting to younger age structure,job tital,qulifications structure further optimization,aspect of gender of coach,staffing and research training need to be improved.
