警察徒手防卫与控制技术的训练策略研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、比较分析和逻辑推理等方法,对徒手防卫与控制技术的构成要素进行剖析。研究结果表明:徒手防卫与控制技术由身体素质、心理素质、技术能力、实战能力等四大要素构成,提出针对性的徒手防卫和控制实战应对策略以及训练方法,为有效提升警察保护自身安全及现场处置能力提供理论和实践指导。The paper adopts documentary method,comparative analysis and logical reasoning methods to analyze to the elements of unarmed defense and control technology. The results show that unarmed defense and control technology is made of four elements： physical quality,psychological quality,technical ability,practical ability. The paper aproposes actual combat tactics and training methods,in order to provide theoretical and practical guidance of the police protect their own safety and the scene disposal ability.
