摘　　要：运用文献调查法、专家咨询法和调查问卷法,在海南高校开展阳光体育的背景下,对阳光体育背景下海南高校户外运动的发展现状进行调查研究,系统分析开展户外运动的意义、制约因素、优势及不足,提出海南高校户外运动发展的对策。认为海南高校应科学设置户外运动内容,积极推动阳光户外运动的开展。Using the method of literature investigation,expert consultation and questionnaire method,carried out in hainan university under the background of sunshine sports,hainan university under the background of sunshine sports outdoor sports development present situation of investigation and study,the significance of system analysis to carry out outdoor sports,restricting factors,advantages and disadvantages,puts forward the countermeasures of development of hainan university outdoor sports. Think hainan colleges and universities should set up outdoor exercise science content,actively promote the sunshine outdoor sports.
