摘  要:检测不同土壤种植的烟叶中15种稀土元素及6种常规化学指标,并采用灰色关联度及通径分析法,对不同类型土壤及不同品种烟叶中稀土元素与烟叶内在化学成分的相关性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)灰色关联度分析显示,轻稀土元素对红壤种植的不同烟叶内在化学成分有重要影响,重稀土元素对水稻土和紫色土种植的烟叶内在化学成分具有重要影响;不同土壤类型种植的同一品种烟叶中,轻稀土元素对K326和云烟87烟叶内在化学成分有重要影响,重稀土元素对红花大金元烟叶内在化学成分有重要影响,但轻、重稀土元素的关联度差异不明显。(2)通径分析显示,轻、重稀土元素对红壤种植的烟叶内在化学成分的形成有重要影响,轻稀土元素对水稻土和紫色土种植的烟叶化学成分的产生、形成影响较大;不同土壤类型种植的同一品种烟叶中,轻、重稀土元素对红花大金元内在化学成分的形成有重要影响,而轻稀土元素对K326和云烟87化学成分的产生、形成影响较大。(3)两种方法对比分析可知,不同土壤类型及不同品种烟叶中稀土元素与烟叶内在化学成分均具有一定相关性,通径分析结果与灰色关联度分析结果有一定差异。其中,不同土壤类型种植的烟叶样品差异较大,这可能与不同土壤类型中稀土元素的分布及转移过程中产生分异现象有关;不同品种烟叶两种方法分析结果基本一致,表明不同品种烟叶对稀土元素的生理需求基本一致。The relationship between rare earth elements(REE) and chemical components in tobaccos, was studied to reveal the effect of rare earth elements on the cumulation of tobacco intrinsic chemical composition. Through the determination of fifteen rare earth elements and six general chemical indexes in tobacco, and the application of grey correlation analysis(GCA) and path coefficient analysis(PCA), rare earth elements and chemical components in different soil types and tobacco species were researched.(1) The results of GCA showed that the total light REE had important influences on chemical components of tobacco leaves planted in the red soil, the total heavy REE had important influences on tobacco leaves chemical components in the paddy and purplish soil; the total light REE had important influences on chemical components of K326 and Yunyan 87 tobacco leaves, the total heavy REE had important influences on tobacco leaves chemical components in the species of Honghua Dajinyuan.The correlation coefficients between the light, heavy REE and their chemical components had no significant difference.(2) The results of PCA showed that the total light and heavy REE had important influences on the formation of chemical components of tobacco leaves in the red soil, the total light REE had important influences on the formation of their chemical components in the paddy and purplish soil. The total light and heavy REE had important influences on the formation of chemical components of Honghua Dajinyuan tobacco leaves, but the total light REE had important influences on the formation of K326 and Yunyan 87 chemical components in different soils.(3) It was known that there was a certain correlation between rare earth elements and intrinsic chemical composition in different soil types and tobacco species. There had a little differences in the direct path coefficients, order of PCA and the correlation degree of GCA. Among them, the tobacco species in different soil types had large differences.
