长沙城郊蔬菜种植户对农药残留认知状况的调查

摘　　要：通过科学制定调研问卷,对长沙城郊蔬菜种植农户开展农药残留认知状况调研。结果表明:长沙城郊蔬菜种植农户年龄结构偏大,文化层次偏低,产业化率偏低,蔬农对农药残留有一定程度的了解,但在科学施药理念、方式方法以及农药面源污染治理方面,还存在较大的提升空间,并从完善服务体系、创新组织体系、加强监管体系3个方面提出针对性的建议,以期改善农产品生产主体对农药残留的认知现状。The awareness of Changsha suburb vegetable farmers towards agricultural chemical residues was investigated with a scientific questionnaire survey. The results showed that the age structure of Changsha suburb vegetable farmers was relatively large, the educational level was relatively low and the industrial rate was also low. Vegetable farmers had some understandings on agricultural chemical residues, but it was necessary for them to improve their concept and methods on scientific application of agricultural chemicals as well as the control of non-point source pollution. Several relevant suggestions were put forward from the aspects of improving service system, innovating organization system and enhancing the supervision system, expecting to promote the awareness of the production main body of agricultural products towards agricultural chemical residues.
