摘　　要：回顾了我国中碱玻璃球窑发展历史,结合国内企业中碱球窑设计经验,从窑炉熔化率、长宽比、池深设计、流液洞选材及设计、窑炉鼓泡、续料方式、窑坎设计、蓄热室换热面积等几个设计要素进行了数据分析,提出了比较合理的窑炉设计参数,同时对通道拉丝技术进行了简单介绍,提出了今后中碱玻璃球窑发展方向和努力目标。This article reviews the history of medium-alkali glass marble furnaces in China. In connection with the experiences of designing medium-alkali glass marble furnaces by the Chinese companies,the article presents data analyses on such furnace design factors as melting rate,length / width ratio,tank depth,throat design and material selection,bubbling,batch charging arrangement,dam design and heat-exchange area of the regenerator,based on which some more reasonable furnace design parameters are proposed. Meanwhile,the article gives a brief introduction to the technology of drawing fibers from the forehearth,and proposes the developing direction and goal for futural medium-alkali glass marble furnaces.
