摘　　要：应用转底炉炼铁技术可以利用钢铁企业内的富余的煤气或低价制气煤和含铁的低品位矿及其镍渣、铜渣等炼铁,扩大炼铁资源的应用范围,提高含铁资源利用率,降低炼铁成本。通过转底炉炼铁工艺技术研究,可以改进设计、改善造球、提高金属化率和金属收得率,从而降低能耗,生产高附加值产品,使企业市场竞争力和经济效益得到提高,更好地满足循环经济发展的需要。Application of Shenwu rotary hearth furnace ironmaking technology can take advantage of the iron and steel enterprise surplus gas or coal gas at low prices and low grade of iron ore,copper and nickel slag,to produce iron,expand the application range of iron resources,improve the utilization of iron resources,and reduce ironmaking cost. Through the research,improve design and balling,increase the metallization rate and the metal yield,so as to reduce energy consumption,produce high value- added products,make the enterprise to improve market competitiveness and economic benefits,to meet the needs of the development of circular economy.
