摘　　要：针对我国兽医人才质量相对较低,远不能满足社会经济发展需求的现状,本文充分利用综合性大学独特的教学资源和师资优势,以改革原有培养模式为切入点,多渠道全方位提升学生的实践技能;以实施大学生创新计划为契机,全面提升学生的科研素质;以国际交流为抓手,培养学生的全球视野.围绕"厚基础、强技能、宽口径、善创新"的教学目标,构建了综合素质与专业技能并重的人才培养模式,按"1.5+2.5"框架设置教学课程,根据"一个目标、四个模块、一条主线、三个层次"的1413实验教学体系培养学生的实践技能,建立了学校、企业、行政管理部门三位一体的实践教学人才培养体系,为培养高素质创新型兽医人才探索了有效途径.Veterinary work plays a significant role in guaranteeing animal product quality.In China,the veterinary talent quality is relatively low,and veterinarians can not satisfy the social and economic development.In order to improve the present situation,we have to take a variety of measures to meet the needs.First,we should use the unique teaching resources and faculty advantages of comprehensive universities to promote the students′practical skills comprehensively based on reforming the existing training mode.Secondly,we can promote the students′scientific quality by implementing student research and innovation program.Thirdly,we can culture the students′global vision though international communication.The target is to train compound talents with comprehensive quality and professional skills around the teaching goal which is called deep foundation,strong skills,wide scope,and good at innovation.The students′practical skills are trained with the teaching programs prescribed according to＂1.5＋2.5＂frame and experimental teaching system which is described as＂one target,four modules,one consistent thread and three levels＂.Based on above description,university,enterprises and administrative departments are closely connected in practical-teaching talent training system which is established for cultivating the high-quality innovative veterinary talent.
