摘 要:随着国家全面建成小康步伐的临近,在国家精准扶贫的战略指导下,本文研究了互联网与农业的跨界融合在秦巴贫困地区精准扶贫的应用,提出了电子商务、O2O、"互联网+众筹"、"互联网+乡村旅游"、"移动互联网+双微"等"互联网+农业+精准扶贫"扶贫模式,并以秦巴贫困山区"互联网+精准扶贫+生态养殖"为例,说明了该模式在秦巴贫困山区精准扶贫应用的有效性。研究结果表明"互联网+农业+精准扶贫"模式具有一定的普适性,不仅可以帮助秦巴地区贫困农户脱贫致富,而且可以帮助其他相似区域通过这种模式实现精准扶贫。The paper sets out to examine the application of the cross-border integration of the Internet and agriculture in precise strategy of poverty alleviation in Qinba, a poverty-stricken area of China. It puts forward "Internet + agriculture +targeted poverty alleviation" models such as the electronic commerce, 020, "Internet +mass fund raise", " Internet + rural tourism", "mobile internet + double micros". It employs the "Internet + targeted poverty alleviation + ecological breeding" to illustrate the effectiveness of the models for alleviating poverty in Qinba. It is found that the models have a universal applicability. It can not only help poor peasants out of poverty to get rich, but also help other areas of similar situation implement the model of targeted poverty alleviation.
