摘　　要：Since its inception in 2013 when Chinese President Xi Jinping visited Central Asia and Southeast Asia, the Belt and Road Initiative, namely the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, has received much attention both at home and abroad. With the progress of the Initiative and the emergence of early harvests, planning and research for the Belt and Road Initiative are now high on the agenda in China in different sectors and areas.
