摘　　要：在新型城镇化发展背景下,绿色、节能和环保日益成为城市健康持续发展的主题。以既有住宅节能改造为议题,从建筑能耗的影响因素及可控相关性出发,结合住宅装饰对建筑节能影响的关联分析,探讨基于室内灵动空间的住宅节能装饰为改造途径的实现可能,并初探住宅节能装饰的实现方法,为城市住宅节能改造开辟新的思路。Against the backdrop of new urbanization, green, energy conservation and environmental protection have increasingly become the themes of the healthy, sustainable development of cities. This paper focuses on the existing residential buildings＇ energy efficiency retrofit, starts from the factors influencing the architecture energy efficiency and controllable factors, combines the correlation analysis of the impact of indoor decoration on architecture energy efficiency retrofit, and discuses the Possibility to realize the energy-conserving decorations that based on Flexible Interior Design. Initially discuses the fundamental means to realize the energy-efficiency decorations to usher in a new line of thinking for the residence energy-efficiency retrofitting.
