云南高等教育面向东南亚、南亚国际合作交流——基于SWOT分析的视角

摘　　要：随着云南省桥头堡建设深化、国家"一带一路"战略的实施,进一步推动了云南对外开放。云南省与东南亚、南亚高等教育国际化合作已逐渐成为双方进一步交流与合作的突破口。运用SWOT理论分析云南高等教育发展国际交流与合作,有助于明晰云南高等教育国际交流与合作的优势和劣势,明确加快高等教育国际交流与合作进程的对策。当前,应抓住高等教育国际合作与交流的机遇,加强内涵建设、积极鼓励"走出去,引进来"。With the continuous advance the strategy of＂bridgehead＂and the ＂Belt and Road＂ deepening of the openness for Yunnan Province,the internationalization of higher education of Yunnan and southeastern,southern Asia has gradually become a breakthrough for the further exchange and cooperation for both sides. To guide Yunnan higher education international exchange and cooperation with SWOT theory is helpful to clarify the advantages and disadvantages for the development of Yunnan higher education international exchange and cooperation. The countermeasures of higher educational exchange and cooperation are clear as follows： seizing the opportunity of higher education international cooperation,strengthening connotation construction,advancing the going-out strategies.
