摘 要:目的分析乌鲁木齐地区25~60岁铁路职工糖尿病患病情况及其危险因素。方法采取整群抽样方法对乌鲁木齐地区铁路职工3900人进行横断面调查,采用多因素非条件Logistic回归分析筛选糖尿病的危险因素。结果乌鲁木齐地区铁路职工糖尿病患病率为11.9%,男性和女性患病率分别为7.9%和4.0%,差异具有显著性(P〈0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、体质指数(BMI)、糖尿病家族史为糖尿病的危险因素,高文化水平为糖尿病的保护因素。结论乌鲁木齐地区铁路职工糖尿病患病率明显偏高,肥胖、有糖尿病家族史的中老年人群需重点预防与治疗。Objective To study the morbidity rate and related risk factors of diabetes mellitus of railway workers aged from 25 to 60 in Urumqi. Method A cross-sectional study was conducted among 3900 railway workers in Urumqi by stratified random sampling. Risk factors were analyzed by multilevel Logistic regression. Result The morbidity rate of diabetes mellitus among railway workers was 11.9%. The morbidity rates of male and female were 7.9% and 4.0% respectively, the difference was significant(P〈0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age, body mass index(BMI), and family history of diabetes were the risk factors of diabetes mellitus, high level of culture was protective factors for diabetes mellitus. Conclusion The morbidity rate of diabetes mellitus is significantly higher in Urumqi area, elderly with obesity and family history of diabetes need to focus on prevention and treatment.
