摘　　要：日趋多元的社会工作理论并未真正带来社会工作的繁荣,反而因未能统一的多元性产生了知识传统和服务形态上的深刻分歧,继而使社会工作专业服务的有效性深陷囹圄。如何超越以往社会工作内部分割运行的专业发展困境,从而在复杂风险和问题的应对中提供更为积极有效的行动方案?整合理论既为社会工作带来一种全新的专业主义立场,也为专业社会工作带来一种更具有效性和系统性的服务思路。本文基于中西方社会工作整合理论的发展,廓清社会工作整合理论的提出缘由、一般特征以及理论应用上的处置原则。Increasingly diverse social work theories do not really bring the prosperity of social work, but fail to unify the knowledge tradition and service mode so that put the effectiveness of professional social work service in jail. How to transcend the internal splits of professional social work so as to cope with complex social risks and provide more positive and effective action, integrated theory of social work brings a whole new professionalism stand. And it also brings a more effective and systematic service strategy. Based on the development of Chinese and western integrated elaborates the theoretical background, general characteristics and some of integrated theory. theory of social work, this article practical principles in application
