摘 要:根据黄金坪水电站的枢纽布置及溢洪道基础地质条件,采用了设置斜向网状排水沟的泄槽基础排水设计方案。施工过程中,在总结其他工程经验教训的基础上,结合泄槽基础开挖揭示的岩体卸荷、裂隙发育的实际情况,对原设计方案进行了优化,与原方案相比,溢洪道泄槽基础排水设计优化方案因地制宜,充分利用已有爆破开挖体形,在两侧浆砌石形成的沟槽内铺填卵石排水料,并在浆砌石、卵石排水料表面铺设土工布,达到排水要求,从而减少了开挖工程量,降低了施工难度,节约了投资。Based on the layout of hydraulic structures and the geological conditions of spillway foundation of Huangjinping Hydropower Station, the foundation drainage scheme of spillway chute with a series of tilt drainage ditches are designed.During project construction, the original design scheme is optimized based on the rock unloading state and developed fissures being revealed in actual excavation of chute foundation and after learned experiences and lessons from other projects Comparing with original design, scheme, the optimized scheme is more adapted to local conditions. The optimized scheme makes a full use of blasting-excavated ditches, in which, the masonry is firstly used to form two side banks of ditch, then the gravel is covered on the bottom of ditch as drainage material, and finally the geotextile material is covered on masonry and gravel. The optimized scheme reduces the amount of excavation, lowers the difficulty of construction and saves investment.
