摘  要:蜗壳及其外围钢筋混凝土结构是水电站厂房的重要部件之一,对水轮机蜗壳及外围混凝土结构设计进行研究并优化方案,关系到电站的长期安全运行。应用ABAQUS对黄金坪水电站垫层蜗壳结构进行三维非线性有限元计算与分析,指导蜗壳及垫层、外围混凝土结构设计。基于计算结果调整了蜗壳配筋及布筋方式,优化方案更利于结构安全运行。The spiral case and surrounding reinforced concrete structure is an important component of hydropower station. The study and optimization on the design of spiral case and surrounding reinforced concrete structure of turbine relates to the longterm safe operation of hydropower station. The three-dimensional nonlinear finite element calculation and analysis for the spiral case with elastic cushion layer of Huangjinping Hydropower Station are carried out by using ABAQUS to guide the design of spiral case, elastic cushion layer and surrounding concrete structure. Based on the calculation results, the reinforcement of spiral case is adjusted. The design optimization is more conducive to the safe operation of spiral case.
