高铁快运设施设备配置优化对策

摘　　要：在分析快递物流需求主要特征的基础上,分别从营业网点设施设备、集散中心设施设备、载运设备、铁路车站站内设施4个方面阐述我国高铁快运业务设施设备配置现状,论述我国高铁快运设施设备配置存在的营业网点扫描设备落后,集散中心物流设备不满足高效分拣要求,高铁车站缺乏适应货运作业的物流设施,载运设备、集装化器具不适应货运作业需求4个主要问题,提出配备多功能手持终端、提升仓储能力和分拣能力、强化高铁车站货运设备配置、设计专用集装设备4个优化高铁快运设施设备配置的对策。Based on analyzing main characteristics of express logistic demand, from 4 aspects of facilities equipments in operation agency, facilities equipments in collecting and distributing center, carrying equipments as well as facilities within railway station, this paper expounds status of facilities and equipments configuration of high-speed railway express industry in China, and discusses 4 main problems existing in the configuration, such as backward scanning equipment in operation agency, logistic equipments in collecting and distributing center cannot satisfying the sorting requirements, lacking logistic facilities in high-speed railway station which adapting for freight transport operation and the carrying facilities and container equipments are not adapting for the demand of freight transport operation. The paper also puts forward 4 countermeasures of optimizing facilities and equipments configuration of high-speed railway express, such as providine multifunctional handheld terminal, strengthening warehousing capacity and sorting capacity, enhancing configuration of freight transport equipments in high-speed railway stations and designing special container equipments.
