摘  要:目的分析2006—2013年度攀枝花市流行性感冒(简称流感)流行趋势,为该地控制流感提供科学依据。方法收集2006—2013年度我国流感监测信息系统中攀枝花市流感流行病学与病原学监测资料,并进行描述分析。结果共计检测流感样患者(ILI)咽拟子5 203人份,检出病毒529株,检出率为10.17%。其中A型占58.22%,B型占41.78%;各亚型的检出率分别为:新甲型H1N1 36.86%,甲型H3N2 13.61%,原甲型H1N1 7.75%,By 24.43%,Bv 16.67%。四季皆有病毒检出;各年度均为多种亚型病毒混合流行,每年流行的优势株不同。病毒检出以15岁以下年龄组为主,占79.4%。结论攀枝花市一年四季皆有流感流行,但以夏季和冬春季为多;15岁以下儿童、青少年和≥60岁老年人为防控重点。[Objective]To analyze the epidemic trend of influenza in Panzhihua City from 2006-2013, provide scientific evidence for preventing and controlling influenza in this area.[Methods]The epidemiological and etiological monitoring data of influenza in Panzhihua City from 2006-2013, which were collected from the Chinese influenza surveillance information system, were analyzed descriptively. [Results]Among 5 203 throat swabs of ILI patients, totally 529 strains of influenza virus were detected with the detection rate of 10.17%, and influenza A and influenza B accounted for 58.22% and 41.78% respectively. The detection rate of new influenza A (H1N1), influenza A (H3N2), original influenza A (H1N1), By and Bv was respectively 36.86%, 13.61%, 7.75%, 24.43% and 16.67%. The viruses were detected throughout the year. The mixed epidemic of a variety of viruses was observed in every year, and the dominant strain of each year was different. The viruses were mainly detected in children under 15 years old, accounting for 79.4%.[Conclusion]The epidemic situation of influenza occurs throughout the year in Panzhihua City, while summer, winter and spring are the peak seasons. The children and adolescents under 15 years old, and aged people above 60 years old are the key populations for prevention and control.
