摘　　要：博杜恩·德·库尔德内对于索绪尔语言学思想的影响问题,一直是语言学界关注的话题。本文从语言和言语、静态和动态、语言符号性、语言系统性、外部历史和内部历史角度着重论述库尔德内和索绪尔语言学思想的重合点,为语言学者们揭开索绪尔语言学思想的来源提供一个信息渠道和参考依据。The influence of Baudouin de Courtenay on Saussure＇ s linguistic ideas has always been discussed by linguistics. This paper tries to analyze the consistency between Courtenay＇ s ideas and Saussure＇ s, and the analysis is made mainly from the following aspects ： langue and parole, diachrony and synchrony, the symbolic nature of language, language as a system, and external history and internal history. This study may provide the linguists with new information to exposit the source of Saussure＇ s ideas.
