摘　　要：在当前经济技术全球化的大背景下,全球化科技合作已成为推动世界经济发展的主力军。2013年我国货贸总量超越美国居全球首位,作为举足轻重的国际技术合作发展,我国必将占据着越来越重要的地位。本文阐述了当今全球技术合作的态势,分析我国企业开展国际技术合作活动存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。Under the background of rapid economy and technological globalization, international scientific and technological cooperation become a major force to promote the development of world economy. Goods trade volume in 2013 in China surpassed the United States to be the world＇s first. As the inportant part of international trade,international technical cooperation will play an increasingly important role in our country. This paper states current situation of international technical cooperation, analyzes the current activities of enterprise international technical cooperation, and give effective measurements.
