双行星动力混合机分散器结构改进及温度场分析

摘  要:通过对同载荷下实心与空心分散器轴扭转强度和最大剪切应力的计算分析,表明在分散器实心轴中心加工孔径为其直径1/2的空心分散器时,最大剪切应力增加量约为2.5%。利用有限元方法对双行星动力混合机温度场进行数值仿真分析,分别计算了搅拌桶侧壁冷却、分散器轴内部冷却等因素对搅拌桶内部温度场的影响。分析表明,通过附加分散器轴内部冷却,使温度变化范围由65℃减小为15℃,有效改善了混合环境,为双行星动力混合机的研究提供理论依据。Calculating and analyzing torsional strength of both solid and hollow disperser shafts under the same load indicates that the maximum shear stress can be increased by about 2. 5% when the cooling hole's aperture is half of the solid shaft's diameter. Making use of the finite element method to simulate and analyze the thermal field of dual planetary shaft mixer,the effects of mixing bucket's wall cooling and dispersed shaft's internal cooling on the mixing bucket 's internal thermal field were calculated respectively and other factors were calculated to show that the temperature range can be reduced from 65℃ to 15℃ by attaching dispersed shaft's internal cooling which can effectively improve the mixed environment and provide theoretical basis for the study on dual planetary mixer.
