摘 要:为了研究离心泵内部流场的压力脉动,运用CFX软件对离心泵进行了仿真模拟,分析了转速和流量波动对压力脉动的影响。计算结果表明:压力脉动可以通过流体向下游传播,压力脉动的主要频率与叶频相等;偏离设计工况时,压力脉动加剧;相同转速下,压力脉动的主要激发频率与流量波动无关,但压力脉动的强度与流量大小相关,流量越大,压力脉动的幅值越大。For purpose of investigating into pressure pulsation of flow field in the centrifugal pump,making use of CFX software to simulate centrifugal pump and to analyze the effect of both rotational speed and flow fluctuation on the pressure pulsation was implemented. The results show that the pressure pulsation can be transmitted downstream through the flowing stream,and the main frequency of pressure pulsation equals to blade frequency; and the centrifugal pump operated under off-design condition can intensify the pressure pulsation; at the same rotational speed,the pressure pulsation's main excitation frequency has nothing with flow fluctuation,but its intensity is associated with the flow rate,and rising flow rate can increase the amplitude of pressure pulsation.
