摘　　要：探索建筑业与相关产业的关联性,运用灰色关联模型分析方法,选取2009—2012年各产业的增加值,对建筑业与相关产业的关联度进行定量分析。提出了建筑业应积极向市场化方向转型以及加强与公共管理和社会组织业、信息传输、计算机服务和软件业的融合的建议。In order to explore the relationship of paper uses grey relational theory and selects the construction industry and related industries, this added values in various industries from 2009 to 2012 to quantitatively analyze the correlation degree between construction industry and related in- dustries. The result shows that construction industry has high correlation degree with industry, water conservancy, environment and public facilities management industry, and real estate industry. But construction industry has low correlation degree with public management, social organization indus- try, information transmission, computer service and software industry. The paper proposes construc- tion industry should be actively transformed into market - based direction and strengthen the inte- gration with public management and social organization industry, information transmission, com- puter services and software industry.
