摘　　要：目的深入了解硕士学位护士的临床工作体验、困惑以及对职业的思考,为进一步完善护理硕士研究生培养方案及使用策略提供参考依据。方法对天津市6所三级甲等医院的14名硕士学位护士进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi主题分析法进行资料分析。结果提炼出5个主题,分别为自身定位、价值体现、知识需求、科研、团队协作。结论主题反映出硕士学位护士在临床工作中存在自我定位欠明确、自身价值体现不充分、知识需求高、科研困难以及团队协作困惑等问题,影响其职业态度,需硕士学位护士、用人单位及院校共同努力,改善硕士学位护士的工作现状,使人才得到合理使用。Objective To understand the clinical work experience,confusion and career thinking of nurses with master degree,and provide reference for the improvement of training and utilization of nurses with master degree.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted on 14 nurses with master degree from 6 hospitals in Tianjin city. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi thematic analysis method. Results Five themes were extracted including self-orientation,value embodiment,knowledge demand,difficulties in scientific research and the importance of team working. Conclusion The results indicate that nurses with master degree suffer from unclear self-orientation,inadequate value embodiment,high demand for knowledge,difficulties in research and confusions in teamwork in the clinical work,which affects their professional attitude. Nurses with master degree,nursing administrators and educators should work together to improve work environment and promote the rational utilization of nurses with master degree.
