摘　　要：目的：探讨PDCA循环法在静脉药物配置中心新护士操作技能培训中的应用。方法采用前后对照法，统计并比较PDCA循环应用前（2011年1月至2011年12月）和应用后（2012年1月至2012年12月）新护士理论、操作考核不合格率，配置差错率、医生药师对护理工作满意率。结果应用PDCA循环后，新护士理论、操作考核不合格率，配置差错率下降，医生药师的满意率提高，差异均有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）。结论应用PDCA循环管理法可有效地提高新护士的专业知识和操作技能水平，减少静脉药物配置差错的发生，提高了临床用药的能力。Objective To explore the application of PDCA circulation in the operational training for new nur-ses in pharmacy intravenous admixture services. Methods The new nurses′ theory, the reject rate of operational as-sessment, the error rate of pharmacy intravenous admixture and the doctors and apothecaries′ satisfaction rate towards the nursing services were counted and compared before （ from January 2011 to December 2011 ） and after the application （ from January 2012 to December 2012 ） of PDCA circulation by appropriate cross references. Results After the appli-cation of PDCA, the nurses′ theory improved, the error rate of pharmacy intravenous admixture and the reject rate of operational examination were reduced, and the doctors and apothecaries′satisfaction were promoted, there were statisti-cal significance （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions The application of PDCA management theory can promote the professional knowledge and operating skills of the nurses, reduce the error rate of pharmacy intravenous admixture, and improve the capacity of clinical medication.
