摘　　要：伴随着工业4.0这一进程,传统行业界限将被打破,产业链将重新分工重组,这必将会迸发出强劲的生产力。杭州有较好的互联网基础、创新创业环境、有效能型政府、丰富的民间资本、开创型的企业家,民营企业特别是中小企业发达,如果能抓住这次机遇,应对工业4.0,构建新型产业体系,将改变经济发展的格局,促进经济可持续发展,在国际竞争中实现追随型赶超。本文通过对杭州经济基础现状的分析,提出工业4.0对杭州的机遇和挑战,探寻杭州应对工业4.0的新思路。With process of Industry 4.0, in which the traditional industry boundaries will be broken and the industrial chain division will reorganize, it will burst out strong productivity. Hangzhou has the advantages of Internet infrastructure ,innovative milieu, efficient government, energy-rich folk capital, and a large number of well-run private enterprises especially small and medium ones. On that basis, if we can seize this opportunity of Industry 4.0, building a new industrial system will change the pattern of economic development, promote sustainable economic development, achieve follow-me catch up in the international competition. In this article,though analyzing the current situation of Hangzhou economic foundation, put forward the Hangzhou‘s opportunities and challenges of industrial 4.0 in, search the new train of thought to deal with industrial 4.0.
