摘 要:为探讨丹东桧柏半木质化嫩枝扦插技术,进行了不同部位的插穗、不同生根剂及其不同浓度、不同扦插基质、不同扦插时期的扦插生根试验,结果表明:采条部位上、中、下均可,生根剂以IAA最适合,浓度以100mg·L-1最佳,基质以沙土混合土和炉灰为宜,扦插时期以3月15日为好。100mg·L-1是IAA的最佳浓度,其生根率为97.5%,效果明显。In order to investigate Sabina chinensis ‘Dandong’Semi-lignified softwood cuttage technology,the tri-als were conducted with different cuttings parts,rooting agents,cutting concentration,cutting media and cutting times.The results showed that all the part of the cutting were able to use.The best rooting agent was IAA,which concentration at 100mg.L-1 resulted in the best effect.Cutting substrate was stove ash or the mixture of sand and soil,and the best cutting time was March 1 5.The best root growing rate of cuttings in the optimal condition was 97.5%.The result of this experiment is obvious,which has great value for practical application.
