摘　　要：电网调控一体化工作的全面展开和无人值班变电站的逐步建设给调度远方操作提出了更高的要求,本文从湖北省地调系统远方操作的现状入手,针对目前实现率较低的隔离开关(接地开关)分/合、软压板投退以及定值区切换等三个远方操作项目,分析探讨了远方操作的技术要点,对整体技术要求、技术关键点和改造风险进行了分析。The full deployment of the power network control and the gradual construction of the un？attended substation put forward higher requirements for the operation of the remote operation. According to the current situation of adjusting system of remote operation in Hubei province, aiming atthe three remote operation projects which are in low implementation rate, including the isolationswitch （earthing switch） , soft pressing plate and fixed value area switching, the overall technical re？quirements, key technical points and the risk of transformation are analyzed.
