摘  要:为解决常规PDC钻头在非均质硬地层使用寿命短、机械钻速低的问题,设计并加工了一种切削-犁削混合钻头。新型钻头以PDC复合片作为主要工作元件,以锥形PDC齿作为次要工作元件,形成混合切削结构,具有切削和犁削双重破岩作用,提高了PDC钻头在非均质性硬地层中的抗冲击性能和破岩效率。现场试验表明,切削-犁削混合钻头机械钻速对比常规PDC钻头提高了57.6%,钻头进尺对比常规PDC钻头提高了91.6%,取得了非常好的使用效果。新型PDC钻头具有机械钻速高、寿命长、进尺多等特点,对加快油田勘探开发速度、降低钻井成本有积极的意义。In order to solve the problem of the short service life and low ROP of conventional PDC bit in heterogeneous hard formation, the plow-cutting PDC bit is designed and machined in this ifeld application. This new mixed bit with PDC cutter as the main working components and conical PDC cutter as a secondary component breaks rock in cutting and ploughing, improving its shock resistance and rock-breaking effect in heterogeneous hard formation. Field test shows that the PDC bit can achieve higher ROP by 57.6%and higher bit footage by 91.6% compared with the conventional bit, and achieves great using effect. The new PDC bit has characteristics like high ROP, long service life and more footage, which is of great signiifcance to the fast development and exploration of oilifeld and reduction of drilling costs.
